Sleep
I need much more sleep
Rainy day and don’t want to drive out to the gym? Try this at home.
Push-ups and Crunches w/10 seconds rest in between
- Pyramid both down and up from 15
- Alternate exercises
- Should be 15 push-ups, 15 crunches, 14 push-ups, 14 crunches…down to 1, then back up to 15!
I enjoy doing these after Chest Day at the gym.
30-45 seconds of rest in between
1. Light jog - 400m
2. Striders - two 50m
3. Push-ups - 20
4. Striders - 50m
5. Push-ups - 15
6. Jump Rope - 1 min
7. Light Jog - 200m
8. Jump Rope - 30 seconds
9. Push-ups - 10
10. Sprint - 50m
repeat entire circuit 2x
